Nicky Xandora
BSc(Hons), MBPsS, PgDip CBT
Nicky is our lead trainer, with a wealth of experience ranging from participating in a parenting course many moons ago, then supporting parents in various job roles using many different programmes and then becoming lead trainer of the Take 3 Programme.
She writes all of the training, and, during COVID, developed the online version of Take 3 for practitioners.
Nicky has been helping parents to create and maintain successful family relationships for over 27 years.
Nicky holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Oxford University and a Certificate in Supervision from Brighton University, both of which augment and support the staff supervision she delivers. She is passionate that staff are fully supported to offer the best quality of provision for service users.
Naomi Kanetsuka
MSc. CYP, PgCert, BSc (Hons), MBACP
Naomi is in charge of the admin side of Take 3 training, alongside her other role working for the charity, BYHP, as a counsellor for children and young people. She also runs Take 3 with parents, and is an accredited interpersonal mediator.
Naomi has a special interest in neuropsychology and particularly in the development of the teenage brain, which she studied during her Bachelors degree in Psychology. She holds an MSc. in Counselling Children & Young People and is a Registered Member of the BACP. She has a keen interest in the biopsychosocial aspect of mental health, holding a Post Graduate certificate in Health Psychology.
