1 hour session - £75

1.5 hour session - £110

Initial consultation - Free of charge

Reduced rates: I keep a limited number of spaces available at a concessionary rate of £50 so please do get in touch even if you feel that cost may be a barrier. I am happy to talk through various options, or to signpost to other resources where this might be helpful. I strongly believe that everyone should have access to mental health help.

If for any reason, whether for mental or physical health problems, you are unable to leave your house but would like a face-to-face session, I can sometimes arrange home visits. Please contact me to discuss.

Venue

I am based in Hebden Bridge, and have a therapy room in the centre of town.

I work both face-to-face and online, and have experience in Zoom, Whatsapp and Messenger, and can also offer telephone sessions; you can decide which platform feels most comfortable for you.

We can have an initial consultation which is free of charge, by telephone. We can discuss whether CBT is appropriate for your difficulties, decide whether you’d like to go ahead with your first session. I understand that this may be a daunting prospect and will do all I can to help you feel as comfortable as possible.
